The top source for AHERA Management Plans

We are based in West Central Texas but are happy to serve all areas of Texas and surrounding states.

According to the federal regulation “Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act” (AHERA); asbestos in public school buildings must be managed by an Asbestos Management Planner and in Texas a licensed consultant agency or management planner agency.

School districts must have comprehensive inspections and management plans on file for all of their buildings. Any asbestos that is located must be monitored regularly and be under an asbestos management plan for all campuses. These materials must be re-inspected every six months for changes.

Every three years, a more comprehensive survey of these materials must also be completed. We will come to your campus, complete the re-inspection, and provide your campus with a detailed management plan report which must be always kept on campus.

While performing the Three-Year Re-Inspection and the Six-Month Periodical Surveillance inspections, NAAL Inc. follows all procedures set forth by the EPA, OSHA, AHERA, and TDSHS. If your campus needs an inspection or a management plan, NAAL will provide a consultant with 34 years of experience to update and improve your current management plan.
